Yes, we offer embroidery + DTF — combining both techniques on one product. For projects needing embroidery (e.g. logo) and DTF (e.g. full-color graphic).
Yes, machine embroidery is more durable than printing. It survives washing up to 60°C (140°F) and doesn't fade. We recommend washing at up to 40°C and avoiding the dryer.
Duties and taxes are paid by the customer upon delivery (DAP terms). We declare the package accurately and include all commercial invoices. Exact amount depends on Canadian customs regulations for textile products.
No. For exports outside the EU, we do not charge Polish VAT (0% VAT). Invoice issued in CAD, with our EU VAT ID (PL7262714483) for your records.
