  • Quantity per design (minimum 50 pcs per design)
  • Backing: sew-on, Velcro, or plain
  • Regulation reference (if applicable) — so we match official specs
  • Delivery province & postal code

Uniform regulations for Canadian police, fire, EMS, CBSA, and military are strictly controlled. We produce patches and embroidery to your provided specifications (colors, dimensions, text, layout).

We do not certify compliance with any official uniform regulation. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the final product meets their service's requirements before ordering.

For RCMP, CAF, CBSA, and other federal services — please confirm with your supply officer or regulations before placing an order. For municipal police, fire, and EMS — check with your department's uniform committee.

We are happy to produce sample patches for approval before the full production run.

Production: 2–5 business days. Shipping (DHL/FedEx): 5–10 business days. Total: ~7–15 business days.

💵 Shipping cost

Calculated per parcel. Typical cost for 100 patches: $35–$50 CAD.

🛃 Customs

Duties and taxes paid by the customer on delivery (DAP terms). Commercial invoice included.

🧾 VAT

0% VAT for exports outside the EU. Invoice in CAD, EU VAT ID PL7262714483.

💳 Payment

Bank transfer (SWIFT), PayPal, or Stripe. Invoice in CAD. Can issue to your department / agency.

Common questions from police, fire, EMS, CBSA, military and security

We produce patches to your specifications — colors, dimensions, text, layout. We do not certify compliance with any official regulation. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm the design meets their service's requirements before ordering. We're happy to produce a sample patch for approval first.
We can produce custom patches to your specifications. However, RCMP and Canadian Armed Forces insignia are strictly regulated. Please confirm with your supply officer or regulations before ordering. We do not produce unauthorized official insignia.
Minimum order: 50 patches per design. For name tapes or rank insignia in multiple variants — contact us to discuss. Minimum order value for Canada: $150 CAD.
Yes — we work with Madeira and Marathon thread palettes, which include standard service colors: navy, black, olive, tan, gold, silver. Send us the Pantone reference or a photo and we'll match it.
Sew-on: most durable, standard for most uniforms. Velcro: swappable — best for tactical vests, morale patches, and unit patches that change. See our Velcro patches →
Yes — we produce a sample patch for your approval before the full production run. Sample cost is typically $15–$25 CAD (one-time), credited against the final order if you proceed.
Yes — DHL/FedEx delivers to any business address, including stations and departments. We can mark the package as "supplies — non-hazardous" and issue the commercial invoice to your department.
No. For exports outside the EU, we do not charge Polish VAT (0% VAT). You only pay Canadian GST/HST and customs duties on delivery. Invoice issued in CAD.
