Calculated per parcel. Typical cost for 100 patches: $35–$50 CAD.

Duties and taxes paid by the customer on delivery (DAP terms). Commercial invoice included.

🧾 VAT

0% VAT for exports outside the EU. Invoice in CAD, EU VAT ID PL7262714483.

💳 Payment

Common questions from scout groups

Yes — we work with Madeira and Marathon thread palettes, which include standard scout colors: Beaver brown, Cub blue, Scout green, Venturer red, Rover maroon. Send us the exact Pantone reference (or photo) and we'll match it.
Yes — epaulettes with section color, group name, and even a small crest. We embroider the base fabric and stitch the name + crest. Optionally with Velcro backing.
Minimum order: 50 patches per design. Minimum order value for Canada: $150 CAD. For camp patches, jamboree patches, and event patches — this usually covers one season.
Yes — you can mix different designs (e.g. 50 epaulettes + 50 proficiency badges + 100 camp patches) in one order, as long as each design meets the 50 pcs minimum.
Yes — send us the theme, colors, section names, and any text. We'll prepare a draft design for approval before production. Design service included with order over 250 pcs.
Sew-on: most durable, classic — best for badges that stay on the uniform. Iron-on: quick, no sewing — but may peel after many washes. Velcro: swappable — best for camp patches, event patches, and morale patches. See our Velcro patches →

Yes — we can issue the invoice to your group, area, council, or charity. Need a purchase order? Let us know.
No. For exports outside the EU, we do not charge Polish VAT (0% VAT). You only pay Canadian GST/HST and customs duties on delivery. Invoice issued in CAD.
