We offer unlimited revisions if there is an issue with the stitch-out on your machine. If you simply change your mind about the design after it's been digitized, a small fee may apply.

Yes, but there are limits. Text smaller than 4mm (0.15 inch) becomes difficult to read and sew cleanly. We will advise you if your text needs to be simplified.

Absolutely. Once paid, the stitch file is yours forever. You can use it on any machine, for any quantity.

We can work with it! We will manually redraw the lines to ensure they sew perfectly. If the file is too complex, we will contact you before starting.
