Common questions about towel and robe embroidery

Yes! For personal gifts, the minimum is 1 towel. For hotels and B&B — minimum 50 towels per design. Minimum order value for Canada: $150 CAD.
Yes — you can ship towels to our workshop in Łódź, Poland, and we ship them back embroidered. Or we can source towels for you (we work with European suppliers — cotton, Turkish cotton, waffle, microfiber).
We use dense embroidery on industrial-grade backing — it survives 100+ industrial laundry cycles at 60°C. For 90°C industrial washes, let us know — we'll use a heavier backing and denser stitch.
Classic monograms have three letters — typically first name initial (larger, center), last name initial (larger, center), middle name initial (smaller, on the side). Or, for couples: bride's initial (left), shared surname (center, larger), groom's initial (right). We can also do single-letter monograms or full names.
Yes — we work with Madeira and Marathon thread palettes, which include standard hotel colors: white, cream, grey, navy, gold, burgundy. Send us your brand's Pantone reference and we'll match it.
Yes — we embroider on cotton, Turkish cotton, waffle, microfiber, and bamboo towels. Each fabric needs a different backing — we'll advise based on the towel you choose.
Yes — we can embroider your company logo on one side and the recipient's name on the other. Or logo + date, or logo + message. Ideal for corporate gifting and employee recognition.
Yes — cotton, Turkish cotton, waffle, and microfiber bathrobes. Typical placement: left chest or back. For hotels — we can embroider the hotel logo on the chest and the room number on the sleeve (or any combination).
No. For exports outside the EU, we do not charge Polish VAT (0% VAT). You only pay Canadian GST/HST and customs duties on delivery. Invoice issued in CAD.
