We confirm CAD price and prepare a digital preview of the embroidery — including font choice and placement.

Production & dispatch

After approval, we produce in Poland and ship via DHL/FedEx to your address in Canada.

❓ Occasional embroidery FAQ

Common questions about personalized gifts and event embroidery

Yes! For occasional embroidery, the minimum is 1 piece (e.g. one embroidered baby blanket, one wedding gift). Minimum order value for Canada: $150 CAD to make shipping worthwhile.
We have a wide range of built-in fonts — from classic serif and script to modern sans-serif. We'll show you options when quoting. Custom fonts (e.g. from your brand guide) can be digitized for a small one-time fee.
We can embroider most languages if you provide the text as an image or as vector outlines. Complex scripts (Chinese, Arabic, Hebrew) are possible but may require digitizing — please send us a sample to confirm.
Send a high-resolution photo (PNG or JPG) — we'll convert it to an embroidery file. Note: photorealistic embroidery is limited by thread colors. Complex photos will be simplified to the nearest thread palette (e.g. 10–15 thread colors).
Embroidery on delicate fabrics (silk, satin, chiffon) requires special stabilizers and a lower stitch density. We can do it — but please send us the fabric type and weight when ordering so we can advise. For very delicate pieces, we may recommend hand-guided embroidery or appliqué.
Yes — classic monograms (e.g. three letters, interlocking, script) are one of our specialties. Send us the initials, order (first-middle-last or first-last-middle), and font preference.
Yes — you can ship your items (e.g. a wedding dress, a favorite jacket, a family heirloom) to our workshop in Łódź, Poland. After embroidery, we ship the item back to Canada. Please contact us first to confirm shipping address and logistics.
No. For exports outside the EU, we do not charge Polish VAT (0% VAT). You only pay Canadian GST/HST and customs duties on delivery. Invoice issued in CAD.
