The most important facts for Canadian customers
Every parcel is tracked door-to-door. We send the tracking number as soon as the parcel ships.
Minimum order 10 pcs for patches and garments. Minimum order value $150 CAD.
All quotes and invoices in Canadian dollars. No conversion surprises.
VAT is not charged for exports outside the EU. You pay Canadian customs on delivery (DAP).
Customs duties & taxes are paid by the customer on delivery. We provide full commercial invoices.

From your first message to delivery at your door
You send your artwork, quantities and delivery province. We reply with a full CAD quote and stitch/print preview.
~24hYou approve the preview and pay (SWIFT, PayPal or Stripe). Once payment clears, production is scheduled.
1–3 business daysEmbroidery, DTF printing, patches, laser cutting or apparel — depending on your order. Quality control before packing.
2–7 business daysWe pack your order, generate a commercial invoice and hand it to DHL / FedEx.

5–10 business daysCBSA clears your parcel. You pay duties & taxes to the carrier on delivery (or via their online portal).

Shipping is calculated individually based on actual parcel weight, dimensions and destination province. The table above shows typical ranges. Final shipping cost is confirmed in your CAD quote.
What you need to know about CBSA clearance
All shipments from Q ASSET to Canada are sent on DAP terms. This means:

0% VAT for Canadian customers. Invoices in CAD.
For exports outside the EU, we do not charge Polish VAT (23% standard rate).
You only pay Canadian GST/HST and customs duties on delivery (see above).
Invoice issued in CAD, with our EU VAT ID (PL7262714483) for your records.
All payments are in CAD. Your bank may apply a conversion fee — check with your bank.
